Doing business in Germany

AÜG-licensed

We are in the possession of a labor lease license (also called AÜG license), which allows us to lend out employees in Germany in a flexible manner. Lending means that we hire staff and place them at our customer site for a limited time. This could be, for example, for a certain project phase where an expert is required for a particular problem. In addition to labor leasing, we also offer Payroll and HR services to our customers.

Good to know

• Personal income tax rates vary from 14% to 45%. The income tax is calculated in accordance with progressive rates. The tax rate is determined by the employee’s tax class (this contains: married status, having multiple sources of income, etc.) and the amount of the gross monthly salary.
• Compensation for overtime is not mandatory. Hours worked outside of normal working hours are considered overtime. Employees may work a maximum of 2 hours of overtime per day, and 12 hours per week.
