Managing Director and co-owner Bart is responsible for all the day-to-day operations and general affairs. He has been working in the field of HR-services since he was 20 years old, abroad and in The Netherlands.
He sets high standards for himself but also for others. Freedom and honesty are important to him; staff are therefore given space and he tries to get the best out of everyone.

His days are characterized by steering and connecting and making contacts within his network. ThisWorks is a sparring partner and thinks along with the entrepreneur and temporary worker.
Bart’s motto: there is a solution for everything. We think out of the box and offer clients various options to keep staff flexible. We also offer administrative support and arrange the temporary worker’s finances. Everything is possible!
Bart can be found regularly in the fitness room and on the golf course. He is very competitive, so challenge him to a game of golf.
