My name is Gino Peters. I am 30 years old. I was born in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, in my modest opinion the most beautiful city of the world😊.
Besides loving my work, I have a lot of interest in keeping my mind and my body in shape ( although the last part is more of a challenge to me haha). As a big overthinker, I’m really found of philosophy, and my basic curiosity in life makes me wonder about a lot of things, which never makes my life dull.
Furthermore I love to watch a game of football and I like to go to the gym for boxing classes.

I’m the CCO of the WorksGroup. This means that for all of our five labels, together with our fantastic team, we set out strategic goals to achieve sustainable growth throughout all of our labels.
I love to be in the field together with the team, and not only set out the strategical commercial course of our company, but also join in on day to day operations.
In my opinion there is still nothing more beautiful than to deliver a job wel done with your personal signature on it😊. In the meanwhile we also try to have a lot of fun and include personal development while working towards these goals.

What I enjoy about my role is the diversity and the freedom. I am not the type of person to sit in an office al day, so visiting clients on site is really something that I enjoy, together with travelling and seeing all parts of the world.
Next to that, I really like to use my creativity to think of new plans and markets to penetrate, but not only on the theoretical side but to execute those ideas as well. I really love that this all falls together in this role.
Furthermore, the liberty that you have to hire a team that is a great fit to a certain culture that you are trying to create is such a big plus into the amount of pleasure that you have when you go to your work every day.

Yes, I definitely have those! I’m such a big fan of music of the likes of Frank Sinatra, Paul Anka, Dean Martin that I would really love to go to the United States once and be in a fancy bar where everybody is dressed like we would be in the 50’s/60’s and just enjoy the vibe that’s there.
But the biggest thing on my bucket list is something that I enjoy everyday, and that is enjoying the company of the circle of people around me and enjoying life with them.

Prioritize compliance over speed. A good preparation is a job half done. Too often we have had clients reaching out to us to arrange things backdated, and especially when cases are work permit related, this can be very tricky.

While striving for a better future and setting goals for later, don’t forget to enjoy the journey!
